How to become an eBIZ Associate?

Potential participants can become an eBIZ associate at no charge.

It is neither compulsory to buy eBIZ Educational and Web Package to become an associate, nor it is mandatory to enter in the business programme to earn commissions by selling the eBIZ Educational and Web Package to others. Associates entering in our programme without buying any product would be given Free eBIZ Educational package. They can also sell all our products and services and earn commissions as per single leg compensation plan.

Both binary and single leg compensations would be applicable to the associates who have purchased our eBIZ Educational and Web Package

Binary Compensation Plan

In order to take the benefit of previously accumulated sales in the Binary compensation plan on continuous basis, the following needs to be done every year from the date of registration:

(1) Buy eBIZ Educational and Web Package for Rs.7296 which includes cost of eBIZ Educational and Web Package Rs.5500, annual maintenance charge of Rs.1000, 12 % service tax and 2 % Cess Charge on Service Tax to Govt. of India. In US $ 172 (Package cost US $ 130 + annual maintenance charge of US $ 31 + handling charges US $ 11 ).

(2) Must learn and successfully complete the quiz on any three of the given computer courses.

(3) Must attend two contact workshops / seminars / conventions organized by eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. for computer learning / teaching / promotion of our mission and must take active participation in promoting eBIZ Business / eBIZ mission (please refer to question no:- 3 in FAQ).

(4) Must sell at least two eBIZ Educational and Web Packages or get your old personally sponsored sales activated in the next sale year in such a way that at all the time two active personally sponsored sales are maintained (please refer to question no:- 4 in FAQ).

(5) Must teach "Absolutely Free" (any one of our existing courses of eBIZ Educational Package) to two individuals (who cannot afford computer education), who are not otherwise a part of the programme and help them to complete the quiz successfully.

(6) Must sell our eBIZ Educational Package to at least two individuals at a very nominal cost who are not otherwise a part of the programme. (Optional).

Your organization grows in the following ways (Based on purchase of eBIZ Educational and Web Package) :

If you purchase eBIZ Educational and Web Package and sell only to a minimum of two people and help them to do the same, your sale organization would be growing in two parts i.e. left sale organization and right sale organization, also known as Left and Right Leg.

The referring individual or company is known as sponsor.

The associates who buy the eBIZ Educational and Web Package are either going to be placed on left organization or on the right organization of the sponsor. These people can also sell to more people our eBIZ Educational and Web Package and place them in their own organization in the same way.
Once you sell to two people and place them in your sale organization (one on your left and one on your right), the next person whom you sell eBIZ Educational and Web Package, would be placed either on the left of your left associate or on the right of your right associate, this is known as your spill over to the existing associates in your organization.

Every time your organization grows by virtue of 50 eBIZ Educational and Web Packages having been sold (Also known as one orbit), with 1/3 on the weaker leg, you will earn a maximum of approx. Rs.26,000 (*US $520 approx.) for first orbit and a maximum of approx. Rs.20,000 (*US $400 approx.) for second orbit onward.

*(US $ Rates are based on the assumption that Dollar Conversion Rate is Rs.50.00 = $1.0)

51st sale = 1st sale of Next Orbit

There is no limit to the number of orbits you may complete in a day. Company reserves the right to determine the maximum weekly incentive paid out to any associate as per maximum 70% rule.

To Earn in Dollars you must have at least 1/3rd of your total organizational sales in Dollars.

eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. makes payment of the compensation every week only to active and deserving associates and only for active sales on the commission day. All the sale payments received by Tuesday (till 05:00 PM) will qualify for commissions next week (subject to fulfillment of all the necessary requirements for earning the commissions). The commissions are run on every Saturday or Monday. There would be Rs.100 (US $3 approx.) handling charge from each cheque, besides any Tax Deductions at Source, as may be mandatory by Law, for the Indian Associates.

Single Leg Compensation Plan

In order to take the benefit of previously accumulated sales of Single leg compensation plan on continuous basis for the associate joining with purchase of eBIZ Educational and Web Package, the following needs to be done every year from the date of registration:

(1) Must fulfill conditions 1-5 mentioned in binary compensation plan.

(2) Must sell eBIZ Educational Package to two individuals who are not the part of the programme at Rs.1500 + 12% service tax and 2% Cess Charge on Service Tax i.e. Total Rs.1684 and in US dollars the cost of the Package will be US $35 + US $5 handling charges i.e. Total of US $40.

For associates who have joining without buying the product (Free Associate) would only enjoy single leg compensation plan. The following needs to be done every year from the date of registration:

(1) Must learn and complete successfully the quiz of one of the courses offered in Free eBIZ Educational Package.

(2) Must teach the same free eBIZ Educational programme to two people absolutely free of cost who are not the part of our programme and help them to complete the quiz.

On every paid eBIZ Educational Package sale, the commissions will be distributed in the following way:
(a) The associate who sells paid Package, will get direct commission of Rs.350 (*US $7).
(b) Rs.550 (*US $11) will be distributed up to 10 upper level sponsors of the associate.

For the associates joining without purchase of eBIZ Educational and Web Package would be given Free eBIZ Educational Package and he will be getting commissions from single leg programme (commissions will be distributed to 10 upper level sponsor). A free associate has to register himself in our learning section as well as register and help two free students to learn and pass the quiz (including himself). Please note that free associates will not be a part of our binary compensation Plan.

Immigration Compensation Plan

If you refer any person for Immigration/Visa you get commissions as follows:

The associate who refer will get direct commission of Rs. 7000.
Rs. 3000 is distributed equally up to 10 upper level sponsors of the associate as immigration commissions.

General Rule for Immigration Compensation

Total 30,000

Matrimonial Compensation Plan

The maximum commissions paid out by the company in each month is limited to a maximum of seventy percent (70%) of the total sale proceed received that week from the sale of the Matrimonial packages that month. We will distribute 70% of the total cost among the eBIZ associates in the following way as commissions.

The maximum commissions paid out by the company in each week is limited to seventy percent (70%) of the total cost of the eBIZ Educational and Web Packages sold that week, which may bring fluctuation in the steps, cycles, first orbit rate, second orbit rate and the maximum earned commissions by the Associate of that week. However, eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, terms, conditions, benefits and rewards at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
