1-Revise the contents of 3^rd cassette regarding follow ups

2-Tell them various excuses been given by guests

3-Teach them how to evaluate the genuine ness of the guest

4-Act as a negative guest and tell them to take follow up

5-Disucss every possible question which may arise during follow up with your associates

* It should be done with good associate.
* Ask best part of meeting.
* Handle properly & flexibility.
* Never say – nothing is to be done by you.
* DD to be made and dispatched immediately.
