The Second "Sqare Drive" on the Pitch of Ebiz is PRESENTATION. It should be given with utmost dedication and honesty. False claims will not help to build your business rather they can adversely affect your worthiness with the the guests.
Following are some of the important points which can be worked upon to attain desired performance. These points are to train your new downline associates. You can also train your self by shifting the positions. All the best!
1-Divide the presentation in 4 parts – Introduction – Product Plan – Business Plan – Motivation & Testimony
2-Check their vocabulary
3-Quality of Word contents
4-Confidence during delivery of speech
5-Hand Movements
6-Check and rectify their Style of :-
Standing,
Smiling, Looking to guests,
Holding pen,
Writing on board,
Standing while writing,
Walking,
Asking questions,
7-Teach them how to attend to negative comments or –ve questions from guests
Some other important points :-
*It should be biweekly/weekly and regular.
* Confirm speaker and up line associates.
* Effective invitations of guest.
* Pre meet: ready ½ hr. before–banners, dress formal, proper layout, lay limited chairs keep few in reserve, no telephone, children, pets or any disturbance during the meet.
* Welcome your guests smilingly and smartly.
* Help to register your guest’s properly.
* Waiting time–media PC, music, CD’s tobe displayed. Start M.C. ( Master of ceremony with effective introduction of speaker.)
* Duration of meeting 10 mts each intro, products, business and promotion.
* Thanks to speaker and guest.
* Questions and Answers – Individually or in small groups.
* See off guests with broacher, book or any available literature.
* Associates – Motivation.
* Follow up plan with in two days.
